Attorney Daniel Villazon is an experienced trial lawyer with an emphasis in representing real estate licensees and appraisers before the Florida Real Estate Commission and Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board.
Daniel received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Florida International University and earned his Juris Doctorate at the Florida State University, College of Law in 1992.
Daniel served as Legal Counsel to the Florida Real Estate Commission and Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board from 2001 to 2004. He served as Acting Director and Chief Attorney to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Real Estate.
Attorney Daniel Villazon is a graduate of the National Criminal Defense College and has litigated numerous cases before the Division of Administrative Hearings, County, Circuit and Appellate Courts of Florida.
